Pre-Primary Curriculum
17months-3yrs
Our Pre-Primary curriculum is designed to allow children to slow down and enjoy their experiences. We believe the first couple years are vital to developing character, we want to expose the children to as many experiences as we can. At Emmanuel Hope we provide a space where children can strengthen their independence at their own pace. Our curriculum allows the caregiver to observe each child’s needs and meet it. The classroom is equipped with child size furniture and work that helps the children make the space their own. We believe learning should be fun, we strive to cultivate a community that is full of laughter, learning and peace.
Primary Curriculum
4yrs -6yrs
Our primary curriculum is similar to our Pre-Primary in the sense where children are given freedom within limits to learn and explore the environment. The Primary curriculum has more subjects included in the Montessori work, including geography, science and history. The children use hands on material to learn each subject.
Snacks for all children is provided by Emmanuel Hope, we get our fruits and veggies from local farms and organic snacks such as crackers, chips, etc.. Lunch is provided by families, healthy lunches are advised.

8:00-8:30 Arrival
8:45-9:30 Specials (Music, PE/Dance, Language, Bible Study)
9:45- 10:45 Montessori Inspired Work Time (snack time is included)
11:00-11:45 Recess
11:45-12:30 Lunch, Clean Up, Read Aloud
12:30-2:45 Story Time and Nap
3:00-4:00 PM Snack & Dismissal
